I'm a first-year Computer Science student at Nottingham who's had experiences at Goldman Sachs, KPMG, FCA, Rokos Capital, and more.
Before that? I was a state school Year 12 student who had absolutely no idea these opportunities existed.
No one told me about spring weeks. No one explained Sutton Trust. No one mentioned that you could get paid to learn about investment banking.
I found out by accident. Endless Googling. Reddit rabbit holes. TikToks that disappeared. Career advisors who'd never worked in the industries I was targeting.
I figured it out the hard way.

The cheat codes shouldn't be secret. They should be available to anyone willing to put in the work.
